Appointments & Cancellations
The Color Lounge Salon & Spa accepts walk-ins, but to ensure an immediate appointment, please make a reservation in advance. Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late, your service may be cancelled or shortened to allow your operator to be on time for his or her next guest. You should arrive 15 minutes before any scheduled spa service to fill out a client data health screen.
Kindly give 24 hours notice for cancellation of services. Repeatedly missed appointments could result in service charges. Spa Package and group appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid full service charge. The Color Lounge cannot foresee interrupted appointments due to inclement weather, sickness, emergency, death, etc. In the event that a scheduled operator is unable to work, The Color Lounge will do everything possible to reschedule any missed appointments in a well-timed and reasonable manner.
Please be aware that The Color Lounge Salon & Spa, although an adult facility, does service children. However, for the child’s safety, we ask that children be supervised at all times. Prices for children apply to those under the age of 10. We require that at no time are children left to play on or around the stylist chairs and that they not enter the nail or spa areas. Running is strictly prohibited in all areas of the salon. Children are to be seated in the waiting area and are permitted to watch television at the parents’ discretion.
Smoking is prohibited in the salon at all times. There are designated smoking areas outside of the salon. Kindly throw cigarettes in the smoking receptacle when finished.
Cell Phones & Pagers
To ensure a tranquil and soothing experience for all our guests, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned to the vibrate or silent position upon entering the salon. Cell phone usage is not permitted in the spa area.
Gift cards may not be purchased with gratuity. They may be redeemed for services. You may not use a gift card to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise or performed services. Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards are not the responsibility of The Color Lounge and will not be replaced. At the merchant’s option, gift cards expire twelve months after the date of purchase.
Methods of Payment
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks and cash. All checks must include a phone number. Returned checks will be subject to a fee.
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. We do not allow gratuity to be charged to a credit card or overwritten on a check. All gratuities must be paid to the operator in cash or by personal check.
Quality Service Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify a manager within a seven day period from your service. We will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
We offer refreshments and snacks for all clients. Spa attire is available for all scheduled spa services.
Retail Return Policy (Unused Products)
We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products with receipt may be returned within 5 days for exchange or store credit only. No cash or credit card chargebacks will be given.
